What is a sound bed?

A sound bed is a vibroacoustic therapy tool that uses sound frequencies and vibrations to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation. You lay fully clothed on the bed, and let sound waves gently move through your body to support emotional, physical, and mental reset.

What should I expect during my session?

Expect a peaceful, self-guided experience. You’ll lie on the sound bed fully clothed, choose your track or intention, and relax in silence. The room is dimly lit, and you’re welcome to enjoy complimentary herbal tea or infused water afterward. No talking, no pressure — just rest and reset.

What are the benefits of sound therapy?

Are upgrades available?

Yes. You can upgrade your experience to one of our signature rooms for $20 (Salt Room, Aromatherapy Room, or Green Room). Aromatherapy can be added to any session for $15. Package holders receive discounted upgrade rates.

Do I have to talk to anyone during my session?

Nope. The Sound Lounge is designed to be a self-guided healing experience. A receptionist will help you get set up and offer any upgrades, but once your session begins, it’s all yours. Come in, lay down, and let the sound do the work.
